Trismeg Privacy Policy
Date: 25.05.2025
Introduction
Thank you for choosing Trismeg. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Trismeg platform.
Who We Are
Trismeg is an AI-building platform that enables customers to design, deploy, and manage large language model (LLM) solutions in their own self-hosted environments. We provide the software, but you fully control your data and hosting setup.
What Data We Collect
We only collect and process minimal personal information necessary to manage your Trismeg account and provide access to the platform. Specifically, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Billing information
- Account credentials (username, hashed passwords)
We do not collect or store any data processed or generated by the Trismeg platform within your own infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, your project data, AI models, datasets, prompts, or results — all of which remain fully under your control.
How We Use Your Data
We use your registration and account data to:
- Create and manage your Trismeg account
- Provide platform access and license management
- Send transactional emails (e.g., account creation, password resets, billing)
- Provide customer support
We do not use your data for profiling, advertising, or data mining.
Data We Don’t Access or Store
Because Trismeg is not a hosted SaaS platform, we do not access or store:
- Customer project files or datasets
- AI model configurations or weights
- LLM queries, prompts, or outputs
- Logs or telemetry from your self-hosted instance (unless you explicitly share them for support)
All AI solution-building activities happen on your infrastructure, under your governance, and we have no visibility into those environments.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your account data only in limited circumstances:
- With trusted service providers (e.g., billing processors) bound by strict confidentiality
- To comply with legal obligations or defend against legal claims
Security
While we hold minimal data, we apply industry best practices to secure your account details, including encryption in transit, encrypted password storage, and secure authentication mechanisms.
You are responsible for securing your self-hosted Trismeg deployment and ensuring compliance with your own organisation’s security policies.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws, including:
- Accessing the data we hold about you
- Requesting corrections or deletions
- Objecting to or restricting processing
- Requesting data portability
To exercise these rights, send us an email
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business or legal requirements evolve. We will notify you of any material changes through our platform or email.
